Travel Inn on Sunset Blvd.

I recently dug up this footage I shot in 2001 at the Travel Inn, a seedy low budget motel on Sunset Blvd. in 2001. It was for a short film I made at the time about the characters that stay there. Now that the Travel Inn is long gone, this footage is an historical document....

I found this going through old drives. It’s a quick little test I did back in 2008 with a lensbaby on a Red One. A lensbaby is a special effects lens that lets you put the area of focus anywhere within the frame leaving the rest of the frame out of focus and distorted. Cats...
