Greenscreen in Close Quarters
We shot a few interviews for a large consulting company and what made this one a challenge was the very small room we had to shoot in. Normally you want to move the person as far away from the greenscreen as possible and have enough room and enough lights to light the greenscreen evenly. We had about 8 feet from the greenscreen to the wall behind us, a 10′ x 12′ portable greenscreen, three kinos and two guys to do it. The interviewee was about 3 feet in front of the greenscreen and the camera was about 3 feet in front of her. Not an ideal situation but using a Red camera helps in getting a good key.
